Terms & Conditions

Offer applies to eligible new event bookings confirmed by 15 December 2026, for events held between 1 January and 31 December 2027. Minimum 25 delegates per event. Accommodation privileges require a minimum of 25 guest rooms. One complimentary guest room per 25 paid rooms booked, up to a maximum of three rooms per event. Suite upgrades are subject to availability. Complimentary coffee cart applies to conferences of 300 or more delegates; Lavazza bean-to-cup coffee machine applies to conferences of up to 30 delegates. PA system incurs an additional cost. Audio-Visual digital poster boards subject to availability.
