Is Club Sofitel open? 

Yes. Club Sofitel is ready to serve you daily from 7:00AM – 8:00PM

 

Is In-Room Dining open 24/7?

Yes. Orders can be placed through our in-room Samsung smart tablet, located on the desk in each room or contact our communications team to order.

 

Do you currently have breakfast buffet service?

Yes. We do have our sumptuous Breakfast Buffet at the No35 Restaurant, open daily from 7:00AM – 10:30AM. Guests who have access to our Club Lounge can also enjoy its Signature Breakfast – within the same time as above.

 

As AccorPlus member, do I get any discount for In-room Dining?

No discount can be applied for in-room dining.

 

 

Is The Atrium Bar on 35  open?

Yes. The Atrium Bar on 35 is open during the following times:

Monday – Thursday: 3PM – 10PM

Friday: 3PM – 11PM

Saturday: 11AM – 11PM

Sunday: 11AM – 10PM

 

Can I self-park?

Yes. Guests can use First Parking at 28 Flinders Lane and take the glass lifts to Lobby Level.

 

Can I have massage/ spa services in my room?

Onsite massage and spa services are current not available, but our dedicated Concierge team can find other options for you near the hotel.

 

Can I access the Foxtel channel?

Yes, Foxtel channel and other free-to-air channels are available. In-house movies selection are also available for purchase.

 

Can I have access to the gym?

Yes. Our SoFit Gym located on Level 36 is open from 6:00AM – 10:00PM daily for guests to use.
