A five-course menu showcases premium Australian truffles through a series of thoughtfully crafted dishes, each paired with wines that reflect the character and renowned terroir of the Yarra Valley.

A menu shaped by the season’s harvest unfolds through truffle brioche, scallop with fermented truffle butter, Black Opal Wagyu tartare and a delicate truffle-inspired finale. Paired with wines from Giant Steps, each course celebrates the depth, complexity and character of premium Australian truffles.
Sourced from Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, Flinders Truffles are prized for their remarkable aroma and earthy depth. Throughout the evening, insights from the producer and No35’s culinary team offer a deeper appreciation of the journey from farm to plate. Fresh truffles will also be available for purchase, alongside a special truffle giveaway featuring a whole truffle from the season’s harvest.
