A five-course menu showcases premium Australian truffles through a series of thoughtfully crafted dishes, each expertly paired with wines that express the elegance, character and renowned terroir of the Yarra Valley.

The evening’s menu unfolds through truffle brioche, scallop with fermented truffle butter, Black Opal Wagyu tartare and a delicate truffle-inspired finale. Each course is paired with premium Giant Steps wines, highlighting the depth, aroma and complexity of Australian truffles alongside the elegance of the Yarra Valley vines.

Throughout the evening, Flinders Truffles founders Jane and Tony Groves, Giant Steps Senior Winemaker Michael Latham and No35’s culinary team will share stories and insights, offering a deeper appreciation of the journey from farm to plate—and from vineyard to glass. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase fresh seasonal truffles, with one lucky attendee taking home a whole truffle from this year’s harvest.
