This exclusive experience unfolds on Friday 27 March in our West Tower Suite on Level 35, elevated above the city with breathtaking panoramic views of Melbourne’s skyline. Executive Chef John Savage presents a bespoke three-course menu inspired by the film Redress — a deeply moving narrative of resilience and justice that explores the profound human pursuit of truth and dignity.

The evening continues at The Kino cinema within Collins Place, where an 8:15PM screening of Redress provides the perfect finale to this refined celebration of film and flavour.
