The talented chefs at the Sofitel restaurant, No35 have drawn upon the era of the 1980s when graffiti art was it its peak in New York. The menu consists of New York classics like, lobster rolls, calzones, curly fries and a New York Cheesecake that will make you want to ‘say cheese’ whilst the restaurant service team have worked with leading commercial graffiti artist, 90 Degree’s to use edible graffiti sprays to paint fun social commentary about food on your plate.
