We’re adding a kick to the festive season by serving up a series of ‘merry treats’ at our high tea during December. All of your favourite nostalgic Christmas flavours will be paired with a modern French twist (as always), from layered gingerbread Jaconde and seasonal spiced mousse to a Christmas snowball placed on top of a golden reindeer.
Your mid-week Merry High Tea experience will be presented on our dramatic black and white stands which was inspired by Escher’s work on impossible objects and explorations of infinity and created by the famed international pastry chef and Sofitel’s own David Hann.
