Sofitel Melbourne On Collins has hatched a clever makeover of its French inspired High Tea’s this Mother’s Day weekend to make all other mums blush with envy.

Renowned makeup artist, Tre Dallas best known for his work with DJ Havana Brown, Mellissa George, Georgia Fowler and Elyse Knowles, winner of Channel Nine hit TV show, The Block Season 13 will present his signature daytime to night-time look and share his tricks of the trade with special High Tea creations by Sofitel’s Head Pastry Chef, David Hann, culinary mastermind behind the éclairs with flair that sent Melbourne foodies into a sugar-fuelled frenzy.

Joining Tre on stage will be his long-time client and friend, Lindy Klim, a mother of four and creative director of Rama Voyage. Guests are invited to this one-off event on Saturday 12th May at 2.30pm in the curated art space of Sofi’s lounge, with a welcome glass of sparkling on arrival for $139 per person or $149 per person for free flowing sparkling wine.

With breath taking views 35 floors up overlooking Melbourne, Mums can also expect a truly French affair with No35 Mother’s Day Buffet Brunch on Sunday 13th May. Diners will craft their own menu from an extensive buffet featuring fresh seafood, carvery of meats and a range of indulgent desserts at $169 per person.

Sofitel’s lavish Mother’s Day weekend doesn’t end with brunch. Pamper Mum with finger sandwiches, hot and cold savouries, homemade scones with jam and cream, assortment of desserts and a flowing French-chocolate fountain. Sofi’s High Tea will be served with free-flowing Yarra Valley sparkling wine at $109 per person.
